Another feature is when things get overdue, a flag will being your attention to it. You can add notes that you need to remember, the cost of repairs can be documented and a home maintenance schedule can do all of this.
The household budget will track finances for the home. You can do this too with Excel and all calculations can be  simple, one change and Excel updates everything for you. You can calculate averages and make spreadsheets for incoming and outgoing finances. You can change the budget with amounts change for some reason and so you can keep track of your balance easily.
